To provide direction and management for the following functions:

Compliance with County, State, Federal licensing and Accrediting Body requirements

Provide communication at all levels  regarding  hospital quality measures and initiatives


Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related healthcare field. Master's degree (preferred) with at least 3 years' experience in Quality Improvement, Resource Management, Accreditation and Licensing, or Organizational Development. Minimum Experience/Knowledge: Three years' experience in hospital management. Recent Survey Experience (within last 2 year) Required License/Certification: Current registered nursing license or related healthcare degree (e.g. MD, MPH, MHA). CPHQ certification preferred.
