We are hiring a Recruiter to support one of our global manufacturing clients across. This is a remote role with opportunities for in-person collaboration, including representing the company at local university events as part of a student program initiative in Argentina. 

This role is ideal for someone with a solid recruiting foundation who is eager to grow their skills, thrive in a structured process-driven environment, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global organization. 

What You'll Do 

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for up to 12 roles at a time, primarily in manufacturing, operations, and general business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver qualified talent.
• Source, screen, and present candidates; schedule interviews; and manage the offer negotiation process.
• Represent the client at university events in Argentina, engaging with students and promoting early career opportunities.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail when following established recruiting processes and documentation requirements.
• Provide regular status updates to hiring leaders and talent acquisition partners.

What You'll Need 

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience (corporate, manufacturing, or general business preferred).
• Experience supporting roles in manufacturing or operations; exposure to Central American markets is a plus.
• Comfort managing multiple requisitions at once while meeting deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, process-focused, and eager to learn in a structured environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work remotely while attending onsite events as required.

Work Environment & Compensation 

• Location: Remote, based in Argentina, with occasional travel for in-person events or meetings.

• Engagement Model: RPO partnership, working closely with a global talent solutions team.
