KellyOCG is seeking a detail-oriented Services Procurement professional to support the operational management of a new client Statement of Work (SOW) program. This role involves ensuring seamless service delivery, fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining operational excellence.

 

Acting as a primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams, the Services Procurement Consultant supports the end-to-end SOW lifecycle within the Client Vendor Management System (VMS), from SOW creation through to project closure and payment reviews. The role includes ensuring compliance with client and KellyOCG procurement guidelines, monitoring performance and spend, and contributing to continuous improvement of the MSP program.

Our Services Procurement Consultant (SOW) is accountable for:


  • Manage and monitor the full SOW lifecycle in Client VMS from request initiation, creation and approval through delivery, change orders, extensions, and closure.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and client procurement guidelines throughout the process.
  • Track SOW expenditures, rates, and project timelines, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates in the VMS and associated tools.
  • Monitor SOW payment requests, milestones and timesheets, and coordinate timely submission, approval, and issue resolution.
  • Process SOW change requests, including scope adjustments, rate updates, and contract extensions, and reflect all approved changes in the VMS and relevant records.
  • Serve as a responsive contact for client managers, guiding following the appropriate SOW process. 
  • Proactively follow up with approvers, suppliers, and SOW owners to clear bottlenecks, such as pending approvals, missing documentation, or overdue confirmations.
  • Support the onboarding of suppliers for SOW engagements, including coordinating required documentation and initial system setup. 
  • May assist with some RFx and competitive bidding activities, for example, inviting suppliers, sharing requirements, and tracking proposal submissions, while more complex activities are led by senior team members.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of workers engaged under SOWs, ensuring that all compliance, access, and system steps are completed in line with client and KellyOCG requirements.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of program documentation such as process flows, work instructions, and desktop procedures. 
  • Act as a cooperative and reliable team member, sharing knowledge, best practices, and workload with colleagues to ensure consistent high-quality service to client, suppliers, and program stakeholders.

 

Essential Skills:

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration, Procurement, Customer Service, Business Analysis, Program Coordination or Operations roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing the full SOW (Statement of Work) lifecycle. 
  • Prior experience in a client-facing customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and listening.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other internet-based tools.
  • Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is essential.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team environment, contributing positively and proactively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong initiative to identify tasks and take action without supervision.
  • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Professional-level proficiency in English is required.

 

Seeking at least 2 years of experience in administration and customer service.
