We're currently hiring a Recruiter to support a global client engagement. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based in Argentina or Brazil, with a strong preference for individuals who have experience working in RPO environments.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles across multiple functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand business needs and drive hiring strategy
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping
- Deliver a high-touch, consultative candidate experience from first contact through offer
- Utilize recruiting data and metrics to track progress, identify trends, and continuously improve outcomes
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (senior-level exposure preferred)
- RPO or client-facing recruitment experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
- Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools; experience engaging passive talent
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish, with professional-level English proficiency
- Comfortable working with ATS/CRM systems and basic reporting tools (Excel / Google Sheets)
