Key Competencies & Responsibilities
- Assist with writing, debugging, and maintaining code in ongoing software projects under the guidance of experienced engineers
- Actively participate in team meetings, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews practicing agile methodologies
- Contribute to software testing and quality assurance initiatives to ensure code reliability and functionality
- Support documentation efforts by writing clear, detailed technical notes and user guides
- Collaborate with team members, sharing progress, and seeking or offering feedback as needed
- Proactively seek learning opportunities, embrace new technical challenges, and adapt to different tools and technologies
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Exposure to programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, or similar)
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies, frameworks, and best practices quickly
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Effective written and verbal communication; comfortable collaborating in a team and working independently
- Technical adaptability and a growth mindset
