Hours: 2:45 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Location: Elgin, Illinois, near Higgins and Randall roads
Duties:
Assembly of 2-way radios. There are various roles in this department; contractors are alternated regularly throughout the shift and must be willing to be cross-training in different roles. Making sure the areas are kept organized and clean Examples of these roles could be attaching labels, using a torque gun to assemble the radio together and connecting components, testing each product before packing for shipping, and box cutting as well
Physical Requirements: Standing and moving around work area for entire shift. Able to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted and up to 50+ lbs. in a team lift. Must be comfortable in a team environment, help other areas when needed, and following directions properly
Entry-level, no experience required. Training will be provided
