Security Specialist/Receptionist/Customer Service

Join a leading company in Green Bay, known for its dedication to safety and security. In this role, you'll be the first line of defense, answering calls from sites all over the country and from customers helping them with access to our buildings and providing great customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct callers to the appropriate department or associate.
  • Maintain courteous communication with internal associates and company drivers.
  • Oversee the accurate inventory of equipment.
  • Control gate access across all locations nationally
  • Analyze and react to remote gate video surveillance.
  • Handle and resolve security alarms promptly.
  • Guide associates on adhering to security policies and procedures.
  • Handle confidential business information with utmost discretion to ensure confidentiality is maintained.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of previous customer service, business, or related experience.
  • Previous security, loss prevention, or criminal justice training is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to review and monitor video monitors for extended periods.
