Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$20-$22 per hour

What's a typical day as an Accounts Payable Processor? You'll be:
  • Reviewing and approving invoices before processing payments.
  • Printing and distributing accounts payable checks.
  • Preparing garnishment checks from payroll reports.
  • Answering vendor inquiries and liaising with company vendors.
  • Maintaining accounts payable reports and files.
  • Ensuring timely completion of invoices using Invoice Router.
  • Coding refunds and assisting with inventory logging.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing accounts payable communications.
  • Overseeing timely payments of company accounts, including Wells Fargo.
  • Performing additional duties as required.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have 1 to 3 years of previous Accounts Payable experience (preferred).
  • Possess strong computer, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Are fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
