Job Title: Accounts Receivable / Office Manager
Location: Livonia, MI
Job Type: Full-time TTH

Compensation: $30-$35 an hour 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable / Office Manager to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with strong AR expertise who can also manage general office responsibilities with ease. The position requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable (70%)

  • Manage and maintain accounts receivable records and processes

  • Ensure timely billing and collections

  • Reconcile AR accounts and resolve discrepancies

  • Utilize Clip ITC software for all AR-related tasks

Office Administration (30%)

  • Handle multiple email inboxes via Outlook

  • Prepare and manage documents using Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Assist with contracts and general administrative tasks

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls

  • Support other day-to-day office management responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable

  • Familiarity with Clip ITC software preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
