Kelly is partnering with Johnson & Johnson to find highly organized, proactive Temporary Administrative Assistant in Horsham, PA to provide exceptional executive-level support The Oncology organization. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and brings both polish and agility to every interaction.
Pay: $33.39
Schedule: M-F 8:00a-5:00pm
What You'll Do
- Manage complex calendars with a focus on prioritization, stability, and protected time
- Coordinate domestic and international travel aligned with business and personal needs
- Process expenses and ensure accurate, timely follow-up on all requests
- Support planning and execution of department meetings, leadership activities, and external events
- Maintain organizational materials, including org charts and distribution lists
- Use key systems and tools such as Outlook, Workday, SharePoint, MS Teams, Zoom, and IRIS
- Serve as a trusted, confidential partner and communicate conduct within the organization
- Build strong working relationships across the Solid Tumor LT and executive support community
- 5+ years of administrative experience, ideally in pharma and supporting senior executives
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Strong skills with collaboration/portal tools (Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, Workday)
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage complexity
- A proactive, self-starting approach with a strong sense of ownership
- Outstanding verbal and written communication; approachable, professional, and poised
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and deliver with urgency
- High integrity and unwavering confidentiality
