Job Posting: Administrative Assistant

Location: Grand Junction, Junction IA  
Pay Rate: $23 per hour  
Temporary: 12-14 weeks 
Full time schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Overview:
Kelly Services is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Temp to support our dry mill ethanol plant's merchandising administration team. This role involves various accounting, clerical, and logistical responsibilities, including data entry and documentation support.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Enter data for inbound and outbound commodities into the company's computer data program.
- Assist merchandisers with outgoing distiller's grain invoicing and related documentation.
- Ensure accurate commodity transaction entries in the computerized weighing system through effective communication with employees.

Additional Responsibilities:  
- Provide reception support for incoming calls and greet visitors, including farmers and truck drivers, responding to inquiries professionally.
- Complete miscellaneous clerical tasks, organize data, perform account analysis, and collaborate with staff from other departments.
- Assist at the reception window, creating visitor badges and providing directions.

Qualifications:
Required: 
  - One year of bookkeeping/grain accounting or related administrative experience.
  - Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  - Proficient in typing, proofreading, filing, and organizing.
  - Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
  - Proficiency in Excel and MS Word.
