Job Posting: Administrative Assistant I – CBT Lab Proctor
Position Type: [Full-Time]
Hours: 6:15am – 3:30pm
Compensation: $15/hr Position Summary
An organized, reliable Administrative Assistant I – CBT Lab Proctor is needed to support the delivery of multimedia and traditional training modules. This vital role ensures a smooth classroom experience, assists learners and staff, and helps maintain a productive environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor computer-based and conventional classrooms to ensure a positive and secure environment.
  • Address disruptive or dishonest conduct according to established procedures.
  • Assist training technicians during on-site sessions when required.
  • Guide students in using computer equipment and provide instruction on multimedia courses.
  • Answer basic questions from students related to course materials and equipment usage.
  • Resolve minor computer issues and promptly escalate technical problems as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of workstations and equipment.
  • Power up workstations at the start of the day and shut them down at closing.
  • Accurately enter new students into the training database and verify test scores upon course completion.
  • Follow all organizational policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of the training process.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or at least 3 years of related experience/training, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.
  • Able to read, understand, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Capable of writing routine reports and professional correspondence.
  • Skilled communicator able to address groups of customers or organization employees.
  • Strong practical problem-solving ability, even when limited guidelines exist.
  • Able to interpret and follow instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
