Administrative – Marketing Assistant
Location: Parsippany, NJ

Ready to put your organizational skills and creativity to work? We're looking for an Administrative – Marketing Assistant to join a professional team in Parsippany, NJ. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same—you'll support clients, keep office operations running smoothly, and contribute to marketing projects that help the firm grow.
If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome and assist clients, manage calls, and coordinate schedules.
  • Handle client onboarding and engagement documentation.
  • Maintain accurate databases and organize confidential records.
  • Support marketing efforts including newsletters, social media, and contact lists.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and mail.
  • Assist with seasonal projects such as processing returns and client follow-ups.

What We're Looking For:
  • High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of office experience (financial, accounting, or legal background a plus).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Comfortable editing PDFs (Adobe).
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
  • Prior CPA firm or professional services admin experience a plus
  • Exposure to A/R or A/P functions a plus
