As an integral part of the passport lifecycle, you will ensure the integrity of U.S. travel documents by:

Navigating Specialized Systems: Operating the TDIS-PD system to process and archive applications.
-
Protecting Accuracy: Performing high-level quality assurance on document compliance and fees.

Providing Front-Line Service: Assisting citizens at counters and managing sensitive information with professionalism.

Problem Solving: Resolving application discrepancies and managing the "trailing document" pipeline for undeliverable mail.

Clearance Ready: Ability to successfully complete a government MRPT public clearance background check.

Experience: At least 2 years in administrative or high-touch customer service roles.

Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning proprietary government software.

Physical Agility: Ability to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 30lbs occasionally.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
