Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25.35 per hour Shift: Day (5:30am – 6pm) 2-2-3 Schedule (12 hours) Duration: 3 months w/possibility of extension Why you should apply to be Alarm Management Technician:

What's a typical day as Alarm Management Technician? You'll be:
  • Monitoring alarm systems in real time, including equipment, environmental, and security alerts
  • Assessing and announcing causes of alarms, following established troubleshooting and escalation procedures
  • Responding promptly to alarms by conducting site evaluations, executing corrective actions, and documenting incidents
  • Collaborating with manufacturing, facilities, and quality teams to resolve issues and restore compliance
  • Maintaining and updating logs of all alarm events, actions taken, and outcomes for regulatory purposes
  • Supporting alarm system testing, calibration, and preventative maintenance
  • Assisting in the review and improvement of alarm response protocols and training materials
  • Staying current with regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA, MHRA) related to alarm management
  • Participating in emergency response drills and supporting real-time emergency management as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bring experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similarly regulated environments (highly desirable)
  • Possess working knowledge of alarm systems and facility monitoring/control equipment (SCADA, BMS, EMS, PCS desired)
  • Understand GMP principles and pharmaceutical safety standards (preferred)
  • Can interpret technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Are able to work flexible hours, including participating in an on-call rotation
  • Can stand, walk, and move throughout technical environments
  • Are willing to adhere to PPE requirements and safety protocols
