Reports To: Production Supervisor Join our Team! Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to make a difference? We're looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team as Light Assembly Workers 1st and 2nd. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a clean, supportive, and innovative environment, helping craft products that improve lives! What You'll Do

• Assemble products with care and precision, using various tools and equipment
• Follow clear instructions and documentation to guarantee top-quality results
• Perform quality checks, identify defects, and make improvements
• Keep workstations neat and comply with safety and cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive workplace
• Operate simple and complex equipment (training provided!)
• Support training and help newer team members
• Communicate issues, suggest improvements, and be part of our continuous growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training a plus)
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience; medical device background preferred
• Comfortable working on multiple tasks daily, weekly, and monthly
• Reliable, punctual, and driven to succeed
• Strong communication skills (English required)
• Basic mechanical ability and experience using various assembly tools
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Familiarity with computer software and inputting production data
• Ability to monitor quality and perform work under a microscope
• Physical capability to meet job demands (lifting, standing, precision work)
