For those who want to keep growing, learning, and evolving. We at Kelly® hear you, and we're here for you!Join a leading vehicle manufacturing team in Osceola, WI! We are currently seeking Assembly Workers for a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Compensation: $20.43 per hour
Schedule: Mon – Thurs, 6:00am – 4:30pm
Type: Temp to Hire!

You will prepare and install vehicle parts, sub-systems, and components on a moving assembly line. This role ensures quality standards are met through inspections and adherence to established processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, hoists, and production equipment safely
  • Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and specifications
  • Operate testing and diagnostic equipment to achieve product quality standards
  • Perform tasks as directed by the Supervisor or Group Leader
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols
  • Maintain a consistent work pace while delivering high quality
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Cross train to other workstations for rotation
  • Work overtime as required
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance

Experience & Skills:
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required
  • Must have knowledge of hand and power tools, manufacturing practices, measurement equipment, and understanding of safety regulations
Working Conditions:
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs
  • Bend, twist, kneel, squat, and reach overhead frequently
  • Use air/power/vibrating tools and perform strong pincher gripping
  • Stand and walk for the full shift
  • Safely work around moving equipment and industrial vehicles
  • May be required to perform tasks for up to 12 hours per day
  • Perform repetitive upper extremity movements
