Now Hiring: Assembly & Machine Operators – 2nd & 3rd Shift – Weekly Pay!

Looking for a hands-on role in manufacturing? We're hiring Assembly Workers & Machine Operators in Lima, NY for a growing production team. If you enjoy working with your hands, operating machinery, and being part of a team, this is your chance to start a great career!

Pay & Shifts:
B Shift: $17.60/hr (Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) ? Earn up to $704 per week before taxes!
C Shift: $18.40/hr (Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM) ? Earn up to $736 per week before taxes!
Paid weekly—your first paycheck arrives after week one!

What You'll Be Doing:
Assembly Workers:

• Stack, feed, and unload products during production
• Use hands and arms to move, position, and assemble materials
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Label, pack, and organize finished goods for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Machine Operators:

• Feed and unload materials into production machines
• Operate machine controls and monitor production flow
• Inspect finished products for quality and defects
• Record production data and follow process guidelines
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

What You Bring to the Team:

• High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Steel-toed boots/shoes required.
