Description

Job Title: Assembly Operator
Work Location: Loveland, CO 80538
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Monday–Friday | $21.00/hour
Duration: 12 months (temp-to-hire potential)


Position Summary:
The Assembly Operator supports the manufacturing team by assembling, aligning, and testing hardware components using established work instructions. You'll help maintain efficient production flow, ensure on-time completion, and sustain safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assemble products per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
· Align, calibrate, and test hardware components
· Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed
· Follow FDA, GMP, and ISO guidelines
· Complete paperwork and maintain accurate records
· Train new operators as needed
· Keep work area clean and safe
· Collaborate with team members to resolve issues

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 0–2 years relevant experience
· Proficiency in English
· Basic Microsoft Office skills
· Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Preferred:
· Experience in regulated industry (FDA, ISO)
· Experience with hand tools

Physical Requirements:
· Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, lifting
· Lift up to 30 lbs. with proper techniques
