Shippensburg, PA

Shift: 5:45 AM – 3:45 PM (Monday – Friday)

Pay: 18.00/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and reliable Assembly Workers to join our production team. This role involves performing diversified assembly operations to build heavy construction equipment and sub-assemblies according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble complete machines and sub-assemblies

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions

• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
