3-month contract with valuable experience in finance and supplier management

Collaborative role supporting Shared Services functions in a professional environment

Registering new suppliers in systems like SAP, OnBase, and Ariba SLP

Checking supplier information for accuracy, including tax, banking, and employment data

Resolving registration issues and providing guidance and training to suppliers as needed

Ensuring compliance with IRS and other governmental reporting requirements

Supporting Shared Services team members by covering for vacations, absences, or balancing workloads through cross-training

Maintaining strict adherence to controls to prevent fraud and ensure timely supplier payments

Bachelor's degree required

Experience working independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
