Full-time
Pay: $25-$28/hr
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Rotating: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off Make an Impact Where Quality Matters Most
Are you detail-driven, science-focused, and ready to play a key role in delivering life-changing products? Join our Quality Assurance (QA) team and support critical manufacturing and quality systems that ensure patient safety and product excellence. As a QA Associate II, you'll be part of a collaborative, high-impact environment where your work directly supports production, validation, documentation, and regulatory readiness.
What You'll Do:As a member of our QA team, you'll gain cross-functional exposure while building deep expertise in core quality systems. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our processes, products, and documentation meet the highest cGMP standards. Key responsibilities include:

Supporting aseptic manufacturing operations and collaborating with production teams to ensure in-process quality.

Reviewing and approving GMP documentation, including:

Batch records
-
Change controls
-
Deviation investigations and complaints
-
SOPs, validation protocols/reports
-
Product and component release transactions (SAP)
-

Executing QA processes such as batch record review, product disposition, and issue resolution to ensure uninterrupted product flow.

Partnering with cross-functional teams on capital and non-capital projects to proactively ensure GMP compliance from start to finish.

Participating in risk assessments, process improvements, and benchmarking activities to drive continuous improvement.

Staying current with evolving regulatory trends and quality practices, and helping to implement these improvements site-wide.

Assisting in the analysis of quality metrics and KPIs to help shape data-driven decisions.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, operations, or QA environment

Strong communication skills – written and verbal
-
Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, technical environment
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline

Familiarity with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement culture

Experience in multi-site or cross-functional teams
