We are seeking a strategic, resourceful, and high-performing Labs Operations Associate to support the launch and ongoing operation of autonomous drone delivery in the Charlotte Metro area. In this field-based role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations, driving process improvement, and supporting team collaboration as we set new standards for last-mile logistics innovation. Key Responsibilities
- Play a hands-on role in day-to-day drone delivery operations, from picking up merchant orders to loading drones with care and precision
- Ensure operational safety, efficiency, and accuracy within a dynamic and evolving field environment
- Proactively share ideas, insights, and feedback to improve workflows, processes, and service reliability
- Collaborate closely with a team that values trust, accountability, and mutual success
- Build a positive team culture focused on learning, open communication, and operational excellence
- Act as a ground-level expert, providing input and observations to continually fine-tune our drone delivery operations
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring positive interactions with both merchants and customers
- Remain adaptable and solution-oriented, embracing change and growth opportunities as part of daily work
- Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
