Customer Service Rep - Bi-Lingual

Position Overview:
We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our thriving Contact Center team. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer assistance by handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to email inquiries, and performing accurate data entry. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply! Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls
• Provide clear, professional verbal and written communication in both English and [specify second language]
• Respond to customers via email promptly and courteously
• Enter and verify data with a high degree of accuracy
• Assist customers with inquiries, information requests, and issue resolution
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and procedures
• Document interactions and outcomes in the system

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a call/contact center or customer service setting preferred
• Bilingual: Proficient in English and [specify second language]
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work scheduled hours, including required training shift
• Reliable, patient, and team-oriented
