Bilingual Acquisition and Disposition Transaction Management Associate / Real Estate Transactions and Administrative /Customer Service (Contract - 1 Year)
Location: Chicago, IL 60602 downtown -100% onsite
Duration: 1-year contract (Potential for permanent position)
Hourly Rate: $21 - $31 per hour
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Acquisition and Disposition Transaction Management Associate to support our team. This contract position offers the potential for a permanent role if performance is successful. The ideal candidate will assist with real estate transactions, manage documentation, and provide customer service support. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls and email correspondence related to property acquisitions and dispositions
  • Assist with initial applications for property acquisitions, including a 27-question review
  • Reviewing property applications 
  • Communicate with potential buyers, sellers, and stakeholders
  • Draft and prepare documents such as term sheets and deposit agreements
  • Provide administrative support to the Acquisition and Disposition team
  • Update and maintain the electronic property management system
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures and organizational policies
  • Prepare reports as requested by management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
  • Experience in real estate or property management transactions or applications 
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Discretion with confidential information
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
