We're seeking a Buyer to work at a leading Puerto Rican company in the distribution of pharmaceutical products, health and beauty products, as well as veterinary products in Caguas, Puerto Rico. Pay Rate: $40,000 to 50,000 annually
*Permanent position*

What's a typical day as a Buyer? You'll be:
• Maintaining proper level of goods and preventing stock-outs
• Executing procurement contracts in accordance with their terms
• Acting as a liaison between departments to coordinate product issues
• Monitoring purchasing statistics and availability news to identify potential shortages
• Continuous intervention with suppliers to discuss new products and relevant issues
• Attending required department meetings, orientation, and training sessions

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of three (3) years' experience as a buyer of pharma and medical equipment in a hospital setting, preferably related to the pharmacy products environment
• Are completely bilingual in Spanish and English, with advanced reading, writing, and speaking abilities in both languages
• Have strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and excellent spreadsheet skills
• Have knowledge of state, federal, and local pharmacy laws and regulations
• Are available for in-person work
