Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (plus mandatory daily overtime)
Job Description:
An Electrical Wiring Distributor in Naperville is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating a cherry picker and demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. The company also offers training on Reach Truck equipment—an excellent opportunity for growth. This position requires the ability to work overtime on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a cherry picker and other warehouse equipment
- Cross-train and rotate through various warehouse duties, including:

- Picking and packing orders
- Unloading trucks
- Manual wire cutting
- Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating a cherry picker (REQUIRED)
- Ability to walk, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness and ability to work mandatory daily overtime
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Forklift certification
- Experience with warehouse management systems
- Training on Reach Truck operation
