Pay Rate: $20.50/hr
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (plus mandatory daily overtime)
Job Description:
An Electrical Wiring Distributor in Naperville is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating a cherry picker and demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. The company also offers training on Reach Truck equipment—an excellent opportunity for growth. This position requires the ability to work overtime on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a cherry picker and other warehouse equipment
• Cross-train and rotate through various warehouse duties, including:

• • Picking and packing orders
  • Unloading trucks
  • Manual wire cutting

• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience operating a cherry picker (REQUIRED)
• Ability to walk, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness and ability to work mandatory daily overtime
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift certification
• Experience with warehouse management systems
