• Full-time schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch, or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with 30-minute lunch

• Employment Type: Temporary assignment from November 10 to December 31, 2025

• Onsite: 5 days a week at Luxottica Mason, OH campus — possible hybrid opportunity (3 days office / 2 days remote, not guaranteed)

What's a typical day as a Claims Processor? You'll be:

• Efficiently and accurately processing manual claims and standard claim adjustments

• Achieving key performance goals related to production, quality, and cycle time

• Participating in non-complex claims projects and initiatives

• Adapting quickly to new plan and benefit design changes

• Collaborating with supervisors, account managers, and other internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction

• Maintaining accuracy and compliance across all claims processing functions

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• 0–1 year of experience in claims processing or data entry

• Working knowledge of EyeMed systems such as Metastorm, Exclaim, and EyeNet (preferred)

• Basic proficiency in Excel and Access

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Location: Mason, OH 45040

• Employment Type: Temporary (Nov 10 – Dec 31, 2025)

• Shift: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (or 8 AM–4:30 PM)

• Pay Rate: $18.40/hour

• Must be 18+ years old and pass standard screenings
