Client Communications Specialist
Salary: 45,000 – 55,000

Position Overview:
Kelly Services has partnered with a financial consulting firm to hire a Client Communications Specialist for a client-facing office role. As the primary point of contact for clients, you'll work closely with CPAs, doctors, and dentists, ideally bringing experience from the medical, dental, or tax industries. You'll collaborate with discovery analysts to translate complex findings into clear, actionable deliverables and ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all client communications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure every deliverable meets internal quality standards prior to client submission.
  • Collaborate with researchers to transform findings into clear, tangible outputs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the discover team and clients.
  • Translate technical findings into clear, concise updates for clients and organizational leadership.
  • Anticipate clients' needs and follow up to ensure ongoing information flow and project momentum.
  • Support the discover team by clarifying client expectations and managing communications-related to deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Enjoy working with visuals, formatting and tangible deliverables.
  • Detail-oriented with a practical approach, balancing thorough analysis with timely action.
  • Experience in quality control, compliance documentations or professional reporting environments.
  • Demonstrate initiative while maintaining effective, practical communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
