At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we're seeking CNC Machine Operators to join our innovative manufacturing team in Rochester, NY. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where precision and quality are paramount, this role is for you.

Pay: $19–$22/hr (Depending on shift and experience) · Temp to Hire
Available Shifts:

• A Shift: 7:00?AM–3:30?PM, Mon–Fri
• B Shift: 4:00?PM–2:30?AM, Mon–Thurs
• C Shift: 10:30?PM–7:00?AM, Sun–Thurs

What does a typical day look like for this position? You'll be…

• Setting up and operating CNC lathe and mill machines to produce precision parts
• Loading/unloading raw material and finished parts
• Conducting dimensional inspections with calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges
• Editing offsets/programs and changing tools as needed
• Packaging and labeling completed parts per work instructions
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

This job might be an outstanding fit if you…

• Have 2+ years of experience in a machine shop environment
• Are comfortable reading blueprints and working to tight tolerances
• Understand G & M codes and CNC operations
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and a team?oriented mindset
• Hold a HS diploma or GED (Preferred)
