Job Title: CNC Machinist
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: Negotiable

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate, maintain, and program CNC machines in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality precision parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.) to produce precision parts according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Set up, adjust, and calibrate machines for production runs.
  • Monitor operations to ensure proper machine function and quality output.
  • Inspect finished products using measuring tools to verify accuracy and quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production managers to optimize processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CNC machinist or technician.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficient with CNC programming (G-code) and machine operation.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate or associate's degree in machining is preferred.
