CNC Mills Machine Operator – 2nd Shift | Carson, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21.87/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential ($22.87/hour)

Join our growing team as a 2nd Shift CNC Mills Machine Operator! We provide hands-on training, a supportive team, and opportunities to learn and advance.
Key Responsibilities-
Safely set up and operate CNC mill machines according to established procedures

Perform machine calibrations, cleaning, and start-up activities

Use computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) programs to control and monitor operations

Complete routine machine checks, minor repairs, and basic preventative maintenance
-
Accurately record production data, material movement, and scrap in Shop-Trak
-
Load/unload materials and maintain clean, organized work areas
-
Inspect parts, identify defects or nonconformances, and report issues
-
Cross-train and support teammates on various machines as needed
-
Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Mechanical aptitude with an interest in working hands-on with machines

Basic math and computer skills

Comfortable using hand tools and basic measuring devices

Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions
-
Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills
-
Able to work in a dusty, hot, non-climate-controlled environment

Physically able to stand, walk, and lift materials throughout the shift
-
Willingness to work off-shift hours and support production needs
-
Must demonstrate proficiency in core production tasks within 90 days

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Familiarity with G-Code a plus (may be required for some roles)
