We are seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to be a vital part of our dynamic construction team. This site-based role offers an exciting opportunity to translate engineering designs into reality, ensuring flawless execution, safety, and quality on a major BCEI Data Center project. What You'll Bring:
- 3 to 7 years of experience as a field engineer or project engineer within industrial, power, or data center projects
- Strong proficiency in interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and coordinating field activities
- Hands-on experience working with construction management platforms such as Procore or similar
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, active construction environment, working full-time onsite
- Excellent communication skills to liaise seamlessly between field teams and engineering documentation
Nice to Have Skills:
- Background in power generation, data centers, or mission-critical infrastructure projects
- Experience supporting commissioning or OEM installation teams
- Familiarity with QA/QC inspections, punch walks, and safety protocols
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of contributing to complex industrial or electrical construction projects
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work full-time onsite at the construction site in New Albany, OH
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and quality assurance protocols
