What's a typical day as a Recruiter? You'll be:
• Delivering a positive, consistent candidate experience through all talent acquisition touchpoints while managing day-to-day operations.
• Screening applications and resumes, conducting phone screens for high-volume roles, and partnering with TA Coordinators for interview scheduling.
• Extending offers and managing the acceptance process, ensuring recruitment activity is accurately updated in the applicant tracking system.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in both corporate and agency environments.
• Hold an Associates degree (preferred) and possess strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
