- Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm

Position Overview
The Custodian is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of all company facilities, in accordance with established standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean terminal areas with hand brooms, power scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuum cleaners.
- Remove trash from offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas; empty and sanitize bins daily.
- Restock restrooms with supplies.
- Relocate and adjust office furniture as needed.
- Monitor pest control systems and maintain high sanitation and housekeeping standards.
- Remove ice and snow from walkways and parking lots.
- Keep company grounds free of litter and debris.
- Complete and submit reports on labor, equipment, and repairs.
- Maintain equipment repair logs.
- Report safety concerns to the shift supervisor promptly.
- Follow OSHA and MSDS safety standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- At least 6 months of custodial and sanitation experience
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety and ability to follow protocols
- Experience with facility maintenance and pest control
- Familiarity with snow/ice removal equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
