• Pay Rate: $18 per hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm
• Location: Chino, CA 91708
• Employment Type: Temp to Hire

 
Position Overview
The Custodian is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of all company facilities, in accordance with established standards.
 
Responsibilities

• Clean terminal areas with hand brooms, power scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuum cleaners.
• Remove trash from offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas; empty and sanitize bins daily.
• Restock restrooms with supplies.
• Relocate and adjust office furniture as needed.
• Monitor pest control systems and maintain high sanitation and housekeeping standards.
• Remove ice and snow from walkways and parking lots.
• Keep company grounds free of litter and debris.
• Complete and submit reports on labor, equipment, and repairs.
• Maintain equipment repair logs.
• Report safety concerns to the shift supervisor promptly.
• Follow OSHA and MSDS safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

 
Requirements
Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• At least 6 months of custodial and sanitation experience
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Commitment to safety and ability to follow protocols

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with facility maintenance and pest control
• Familiarity with snow/ice removal equipment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
