Job Summary:
Join McElroy Metal, a premier metal roofing and siding manufacturer in Savannah, GA, as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Temp to Hire
- Location: Savannah, GA
- Pay Rate: $16.50/hr.
- Shift: 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, 3:30pm every Friday
As a Customer Service Representative, your daily tasks will include:
- Answering phones and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Entering quotes and orders accurately and efficiently.
- Checking emails and responding to customer inquiries promptly.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and answering multiple phone lines.
- The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
