CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Two (2) years of work experience in a customer service or office setting
• Knowledge of home, life and auto insurance a plus
• Must have proven ability to provide consistently high-quality of service
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Details:

• $16/HR (Payrate will increase once the casualty insurance test has been passed)
• Obtain your Property & Casualty license at no cost to you. You will also be paid for your time in class and taking the exam
• Temp to Hire
• Monday-Friday
• M-F 8a-5p
• Located in Louisville, KY 40211
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Gather all necessary information from customers to provide accurate quotes for various insurance products (e.g., home, auto, life, commercial)
• Assist customers with policy changes, claims, and payments
• Provide guidance and recommendations to customers based on their insurance needs
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our database
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet departmental goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best service to our customers
