What's a typical day as a Customer Services Valet Representative? You'll be:
• Acting as a front-line representative to customers in the Service Department, greeting them as they arrive with or without appointments.
• Answering basic inquiries about vehicles and effectively communicating essential information using an iPad.
• Assisting in various areas as needed, ensuring a seamless customer experience and supporting your team.
