We are looking for a strong Customer Support  Rep  who is looking for a short term project 4-6 weeks, 100% remote.
Pay: $23/hour

Job Summary:

Process Service Request for customer repairs in ERP System. Contact customers to obtain purchase orders for non-warranty repairs.

Essential Functions:

  • Process Service Requests for warranty repair estimates in ERP System
  • Review workbench and use reports to manage daily call activity
  • Determine labor hours, recertification fees and freight charges and update repair estimates for non-warranty repairs
  • Contact customers to provide Repair Estimates and obtain Purchase Orders for non-warranty repairs
  • Track customer contact activity in ERP System
  • Notify Service Depot to process repair
  • Process device shipment and invoice customers for repairs in ERP System
  • Work with the Service Depot and the Help Desk to answer customer inquiries
  • Provide back-up to the International Service Business Administrator working with the Authorized Service Providers and Subsidiary office to process repairs performed in the Depot
  • Process AutoPulse estimates in the CCR system
  • Invoice AutoPulse billable repairs in the ERP System
  • Maintain and track the aging of customer estimates against team objectives
  • Assist in achieving team monthly and quarterly goals for average days to close a service request and Service revenue

Skill Requirements:

  • Technical aptitude
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to exercise own judgement
  • Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision
  • Capable of prioritizing activities and performing multiple tasks
  • Energetic, creative, goal-oriented team player
  • Heightened sense of personal responsibility including punctuality, attendance and commitment
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous Customers interface skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Organization and internal customer interface skills
  • ERP systems experience, preferably Oracle
  • CRM experience, preferably Salesforce

Required/ Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Associates' Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Customer Service
