Customer Success Associate
  About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to join the Enterprise Business Team, supporting our clients through high-quality research and communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys investigative work, thrives in an organized environment, and can clearly communicate findings to both internal and external stakeholders.

The Customer Success Associate will conduct business license research across federal, state, and local levels, ensuring clients receive accurate and timely information. You'll collaborate with government agencies, manage client updates, and deliver polished reports that guide businesses through complex licensing requirements.

Location: 100% Remote (Candidates must use their own equipment)
Pay Rate: $20.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-time
 

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify federal, state, county, and city-level licensing requirements specific to client industries and locations.

  • Create and deliver comprehensive research packages within established performance timelines.

  • Compile and organize licensing details in Excel and PDF formats, including application forms, fees, prerequisites, renewal details, and turnaround times.

  • Communicate directly with government agencies to obtain licensing information or clarify requirements.

  • Provide proactive updates to clients and internal teams regarding project progress, potential delays, and next steps.

  • Present findings in a clear, concise, and professional manner through written and verbal communication.
     

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (BA or BS).

  • 2–3 years of experience in a professional corporate or administrative environment.

  • Strong research and analytical skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Comfortable using personal equipment for remote work (computer, internet connection, headset).
