What's a typical day as Customer Support Specialist? You'll be:
  • Creating cases using a proprietary case management system
  • Reviewing CT scans for protocol conformity and preparing them for use in advanced robotic surgery
  • Utilizing specialized software to segment CT scans and generate 3D anatomical bone models
  • Developing pre-operative surgical plans for hip and knee replacements using digital bone models
  • Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of segmentations and surgical plans (landmark selection, implant sizing, positioning)
  • Uploading pre-plans for field-based personnel and documenting activities per established methods
  • Following detailed work instructions to deliver consistent, high-quality results
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree or higher preferred)
  • Bring at least 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce, Materialize MIMICS, or Photoshop is a plus
  • Hold certifications in Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI), Nursing, or related fields (preferred but not required)
  • Have completed college-level anatomy coursework (a plus)
  • Demonstrate strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Excel at multitasking and thrive in a quality-focused, fast-paced environment
  • Are willing and able to work onsite in Kalamazoo, MI, with flexibility for overtime (up to 55-hour weeks)
