What's a typical day as Data Entry Operator I? You'll be:
  • Processing and entering new and rescheduled scheduling requests (such as depositions, hearings, and trials) into internal systems.
  • Executing job settings within strict timelines to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Managing direct billing setups for insurance carriers and handling Portal/Hopper requests efficiently.
  • Reviewing requests for missing information, proactively following up with clients, and correcting data entry errors.
  • Responding to internal inquiries, retrieving necessary records, ensuring compliance with data integrity and security protocols, and collaborating across departments.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Bring at least 1 year of relevant experience in data entry, administrative support, or the legal field (litigation support experience is a plus).
  • Possess strong computer skills and familiarity with scheduling systems or databases.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Are detail-oriented with strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can prioritize competing tasks effectively.
  • Are reliable, dependable, and adaptable.
