Date Entry Operator.  Sundays required/ Houston

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift:

Sunday – Thursday | Standard Business Hours 
10am-7pm 
This is a remote position but must live in the Houston area
All equipment is provided but will need reliable internet

What's a typical day as Data Entry Operator I? You'll be:
  • Processing and entering new and rescheduled scheduling requests (such as depositions, hearings, and trials) into the internal system.
  • Executing job settings within strict timelines to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Managing direct billing setups for insurance carriers and handling portal/Hopper requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Reviewing requests for missing information and proactively following up with clients.
  • Identifying and correcting data entry errors or inconsistencies.
  • Responding to internal inquiries and retrieving necessary records or files.
  • Ensuring compliance with data integrity and security protocols.
  • Collaborating across departments and performing additional administrative tasks as assigned.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Bring at least 1 year of relevant experience in data entry, administrative support, or  medical or legal environments (preferred).
  • Possess strong computer skills and are comfortable with scheduling systems or databases.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Are detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Are reliable, dependable, and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Can manage your time effectively and prioritize multiple competing tasks.
