Summary:
Kelly Services is delighted to collaborate with a leading company in pharmaceutical manufacturing to staff a Data Entry LMS Specialist. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing data management within the Learning Management System, involving coordination with global entities, data entry, reporting, and the maintenance of the training administration structure. Additionally, the specialist will manage paper records, including employee training files and terminated employee files, and oversee the organization of the training file room, serving as a vital member of the Bloomington L&D team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain paper records, including employee training files and terminated employee files, and manage the organization of the training file room.
- Handle the assignment and removal of training requirements in the LMS.
- Monitor L&D Track-it tickets and collaborate with Site Training Representatives for appropriate fulfillment and closure.
- Serve as the primary L&D contact for processing electronic job descriptions.
- Support the facility trainer network through customer service, strategic planning, and communication.
- Provide support to the Quality Auditing function with reports and analysis as requested.
- Assist cross-functional teams and Site Training Representatives with training-related projects.
Job Requirements:
- Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS).
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
- Preference for experience in a regulated environment or industry.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other related software.
