Job Title: Data Entry Analyst
Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22 per hour
 

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Analyst to join our team in Costa Mesa. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing scheduling requests and ensuring data accuracy within our internal systems. The ideal candidate has excellent typing skills, strong computer proficiency, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Functions
  • Process scheduling requests from clients, including depositions, hearings, and trials

  • Enter new and rescheduled job requests into our database (SPOT)

  • Execute all requests and new settings within established timelines to meet SLAs

  • Manage direct billing setup for insurance carriers accurately

  • Handle Portal/Hopper requests

  • Review requests for missing information and proactively follow up with clients

  • Identify data deficiencies or errors and correct them promptly

  • Respond to information requests and access relevant files as needed

  • Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience

  • Litigation support experience is a plus
