? $70,000 – $80,000 annually
? Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Day Shift; after-hours support as needed)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Executive Assistant to support our Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This role extends beyond traditional administrative support and serves as a key partner in driving organizational effectiveness, executive alignment, and operational efficiency.
This individual will also provide administrative HR support, including working within ADP and HRIS systems to support payroll coordination, reporting, recruiting logistics, and employee documentation.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, Excel-savvy, and comfortable handling confidential information while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Strategic Coordination
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, COO, CFO, and HR leadership
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics
Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications
Attend leadership meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through
Track priorities, deadlines, and strategic initiatives
HR Administrative Support (ADP / HRIS)
Support HR with administrative functions including onboarding, interview coordination, and employee documentation
Assist with payroll-related coordination and reporting through ADP
Maintain and update employee records within HRIS systems
Generate HR-related reports using Excel and HR platforms
Support compliance tracking and employee data management
Process Improvement & Operational Support
Assist with rollout and administration of new systems and processes
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Support change management initiatives and system adoption
Data & Reporting Support
Utilize advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) to create reports and analyze data
Track KPIs, timelines, and performance metrics
Support executive dashboards and performance reporting
Event & Communication Management
Coordinate internal and external events
Support internal communications, newsletters, and announcements
Serve as liaison between leadership and employees
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar high-level administrative role
Experience supporting HR functions and working within ADP and/or HRIS systems
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas required)
Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
Experience supporting payroll processes or HR reporting
Familiarity with process improvement or operational tracking
Comfort working with performance metrics and executive dashboards
