Job Title: Precision Assembler (1st Shift)
Location: Fairfield, OH
Shift: 1st Shift 5:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
Hourly Pay: $20-24 per hour based on experience

Kelly has partnered with a premiere client in Fairfield, OH and looking for a Precision Assembler to join their team!
The Precision Assembler will be responsible for assembling high-precision components and products according to specifications and blueprints. This role involves working with delicate materials and intricate systems, ensuring that all assembly work is done with the utmost care, attention to detail, and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly and be comfortable working with small, precise parts, using hand tools, machinery, and measuring devices.
- Assembly: Perform assembly of high-precision components, subassemblies, and products based on detailed blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all components and assembled products meet the required standards for quality, performance, and specifications. Conduct inspections at various stages of the assembly process to ensure accuracy.
- Use of Tools: Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble components efficiently. Ensure that all tools are properly maintained and calibrated.
- Blueprint Reading: Accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings to perform tasks correctly and effectively.
- Testing and Calibration: Perform testing and calibration on assembled products to verify their functionality and conformity to specifications.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, parts used, and any discrepancies encountered during assembly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, quality control, and other departments to ensure seamless production and assembly processes.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety of yourself and coworkers.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle small components and assemble them with high accuracy and precision.
- Time Management: Ability to work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards.
- Problem-Solving: Capable of troubleshooting minor issues that arise during the assembly process.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues or improvements.
- Quality-Focused: A strong focus on ensuring all components meet stringent quality standards.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience
- Mathematical Skills: Proficiency in using fractions, percentages, ratios, and basic trigonometry in the production process.
- Language Skills: Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and work instructions, and prepare reports in prescribed formats.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
