Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 per year

What's a typical day as Director of Memberships? You'll be: • Building membership sales and expanding the organization's member base • Developing and nurturing relationships with existing members to boost engagement • Generating and implementing policies and procedures to streamline the membership experience • Collaborating with the General Manager to grow and enhance the overall club experience • Utilizing reporting tools and budget management to optimize operations

This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have 3+ years of experience in event sales and membership management (must have) • Are knowledgeable in reporting and budget management (must have) • Possess strong Excel skills (must have) • Hold a bachelor's degree (preferred) • Can commit to a 50-hour work week
