We are looking for a Document Auditor in the Breinigsville PA Area!
The Document Auditor is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and auditing documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity and supporting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and audit documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Verify information against system records and source documents
- Identify, investigate, and report discrepancies
- Ensure documentation meets internal and regulatory standards
- Maintain organized audit records and tracking logs
- Meet established productivity and quality benchmarks
- Communicate findings with supervisors or relevant departments
- Assist with process improvements and special audit projects
- Previous experience in document review, auditing, quality control, or administrative roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Frequent use of computer and office equipment
