- Creating, modifying and maintaining comprehensive templates of Maintenance Preventive Instructions forms being used for maintaining equipment over the weekend while out of service.
- Work closely with maintenance team to gather and understand technical information. Participate in meetings and discussions to stay informed about instructions changes and updates.
- Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and easy to understand and effectively communicate technical information to various audiences.
- Review and edit content created by other team members for accuracy and consistency.

Must-Haves:
- Understanding of technical concepts and ability to breaking down intricate technical processes into clear documentation.
- Able to interface with a computer and various software, applications, and tools relevant to the industry (e.g., MS Word, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).
- Excellent grammar, syntax, and writing skills with English comprehension is required.
- Ability to conduct thorough research to gather the necessary information for documentation. Efficient at identifying and verifying reliable sources of information.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in writing and proofreading. Ensuring consistency and quality in all documentation.
